Kluen Rak See Khram

Laikhram is the only grandson of the elder of Khram Island. His origins have long been a mystery; he only knows that his mother, Sarai, was the daughter of Phor Thao Lomchoi, the owner of Khram Island, and that she passed away shortly after he was born. Whenever Laikhram asks about his father, Phor Thao Lomchoi simply points toward the blue sea and tells him he is the son of the Ocean God.
One day, a letter arrives from Khun Ying Sumanee, claiming to be Laikhram’s grandmother. She wants him to attend the cremation of Chakrit, her only son and Laikhram's biological father. Upon seeing the letter, Phor Thao Lomchoi immediately makes Laikhram swear before the stupa containing Sarai’s ashes that he will live and die on the island, forbidding him from ever associating with people from Bangkok.
Through this event, Laikhram learns the truth: his mother died of a broken heart because his father left to marry Onnit, a wealthy socialite. Now, the proud "Son of the Ocean" couldn't care less about status. He ignores his position as a billionaire heir and chooses to continue his life as a simple islander on Koh Khram.
Sarawadee is a modern architect who spends her days in front of a computer screen, surrounded by mobile phones and cutting-edge electronic gadgets. Although her professional life is thriving, her family life is the exact opposite. Her mother, Siwaphorn, is a socialite addicted to alcohol and parties, constantly asking for money and frequently abandoning Sarawadee. This has forced Sarawadee to learn how to be alone, look out for herself, and become obsessed with saving every penny.
