Synopsis

Pamut and Rueangurai have three sons: Khanin, Chanon, and Naruenat. Khanin is a brilliant student and his father’s pride. In contrast, Chanon is the "black sheep" because on the day he was born, Pamut’s business went bankrupt, leading Pamut to believe Chanon is a jinx. Chanon struggles academically but possesses a natural talent for mechanics and engines. Meanwhile, Naruenat is LGBTQ+ but must hide his identity from his strict father.
Whenever Chanon is mistreated by Pamut, he finds solace in his best friend Tullaya (or Tik), the daughter of a local appliance repair shop owner who secretly harbors feelings for him.
The family dynamic fractures when Khanin enters medical school and receives a motorcycle as a reward. One day, Chanon uses the bike to take his mother to the market, but an accident occurs, leaving Rueangurai blind. Consumed by guilt and his father’s rage, Chanon attempts suicide by jumping into a river but is saved and encouraged by a businessman named Thanet. Chanon then moves into Tik’s shop to hone his mechanical skills.
As time passes, Pamut’s world crumbles. He discovers Naruenat modeling at a mall and realizes his son's identity, leading him to lock Naruenat away in anger. His last hope, Khanin, also "fails" him by getting his girlfriend, Mathukorn, pregnant. Due to Pamut's interference, Mathukorn believes Khanin has abandoned her. Naruenat helps her hide at the home of their uncle, Banchob. Eventually, Khanin chooses his wife and child over his father's house, leading a devastated Pamut to disown all three sons and spiral into alcoholism.
Despite the estrangement, the brothers thrive. Chanon invents a heat-warning device for the blind (inspired by his mother’s injury) and partners with Thanet’s company to mass-produce it. When a rival, Phaisan, tries to sabotage Chanon's success, the three brothers unite to protect one another.
Witnessing his sons' solidarity—and influenced by a Dhamma book gifted by Tik’s father—Pamut begins to reflect on his failures as a parent. After a heart attack lands him in the hospital, he overhears Chanon’s sincere confession of love. They finally reconcile during Chanon’s contract-signing ceremony with an international firm.
The ultimate truth is revealed when Chanon takes his mother to a specialist: Rueangurai’s blindness was caused by permanent nerve damage that would have happened regardless of the accident. Pamut is overcome with remorse for blaming Chanon all those years. In the end, Chanon buys a new home, and the entire family moves in together to live in happiness.
