Synopsis

Molee is a city girl who chooses to work as a Community Development Officer in the remote district of Bang Som Priao. As she grows closer to the locals, she discovers a major grievance: the provincial government is often late in delivering fertilizer. This forces farmers to buy expensive supplies from the only available source—Thao Kae Hong’s shop.
Molee begins working with Kamnan Kaitong (also known as Sara), the local headman. The two initially clash, as Sara is skeptical of Molee’s abilities. Their first task involves gathering data from returning migrant workers. Molee suggests growing medicinal herbs as a supplementary income. Through their collaboration, they realize they share the same dedication to the King’s Sufficiency Economy philosophy. Amidst their professional success, a romantic spark begins to grow between them, though neither is ready to admit it.
Fighting Corruption
The fertilizer shortage becomes urgent. Sara suspects Kamnan Loetrit, who has been pushing villagers to buy the overpriced fertilizer from Thao Kae Hong. Molee follows up with Suebsak, the provincial agricultural officer, who has been stifled by an influential "system." Through her polite and sincere approach, she convinces Suebsak to fast-track the shipment.
When Bang Som Priao finally receives its fertilizer, MP Phon, a powerful and corrupt figure, is furious. He had been intentionally delaying the shipments for his own profit. Phon orders his henchman, Kamnan Loetrit, to threaten Suebsak and handle Sara. However, Molee is the one caught in the crossfire when a gunman fires a warning shot at the car she is driving (which belongs to Sara). Scared and confused, she flees back to Bangkok but eventually decides to return to Bang Som Priao to warn Sara of the danger.
The Final Showdown
Projects co-created by Molee and Sara begin to flourish, providing stable income for the villagers. Their relationship deepens, and when Molee struggles to find a market for the herbs, Sara stands by her side. They are aided by Luang Ta Bun, a highly respected monk.
MP Phon tries to hijack their success by introducing "free" vegetable seeds that are actually part of a scheme to overcharge the farmers later. Molee and Sara fight back by helping the villagers petition the Minister of Agriculture via the internet. Molee enlists her journalist friend, Wiriya, to expose the corruption.
The Minister gives the green light to investigate, prompting Phon to order the destruction of all evidence held by Suebsak. Molee sneaks into Suebsak’s office to find incriminating documents. She is caught by Suebsak, and a struggle ensues, but she manages to escape with the evidence. Wiriya broadcasts the truth live, exposing the entire corrupt network.
Despite a final misunderstanding that sends Molee running back to Bangkok, Sara follows her. He coordinates with her parents and arrives at her home with a traditional long-drum procession to propose. Sara finally confesses that he has loved her since the very first day they met.
