Nang Nok Tor

In the chaos of the city, Khing (Bua Chompoo Ford), a slum girl, is busy mixing a fake “mustache-growing potion” in her kitchen to sell at a temple fair with her friend Hathai. At the same time, police are negotiating with a criminal holding hostages. Sergeant Wanich (Chanchai Worawitthaya) is planning a safe rescue, but Lieutenant Sordit (Phattharaphon Silpajar) suddenly takes matters into his own hands—scaling the building and storming in ahead of everyone. Although he captures one suspect, another escapes with a hostage, prompting Sordit to leap after him into the river in a daring move that shocks everyone.
Back home, Sordit’s mother, Khunying Surangkana, and his father, Prakit, are horrified by the news. Meanwhile, Pimpsiri (Jamie Bouher) sees the report and instantly admires Sordit, developing a crush on him. Her father, Chingchai, tries to arrange for her to get close to Sordit, while Sordit’s parents also attempt to set them up—but he avoids it, focusing on his work instead.
Khing later runs an illegal ping-pong lottery operation, but Sordit and Wanich catch her and arrest her. Her friend Hathai seeks help from Thawi to bail her out, while Wanida—Thawi’s sister and Khing’s rival—takes pleasure in her misfortune. Though Wanich feels sympathy, Sordit remains strict, warning Khing not to repeat her crimes.
Khing continues her schemes, even cheating at gambling, until she is caught by Somphon, a local gangster. Impressed by her cunning, he spares her and wants her to work for him. Sordit and Wanich witness this and later approach Khing, asking her to become a police informant—a “decoy” (นางนกต่อ). Though reluctant, Khing is forced to agree when they threaten legal action against her and Hathai.
As Khing’s life becomes entangled with both the police and the criminal underworld, she is also drawn into working at a cocktail lounge through connections with powerful figures like Sia Sena, who takes an interest in her.
