Synopsis

Mook is a young woman born into a wealthy family, yet she has always remained optimistic. As a child, she was taken in and raised by “Madam,” so her life was not as luxurious as that of her siblings. Unfortunately, her mother, Thanya, often looked down on her and found fault with her actions.
Mook is diligent and eventually earns a place at a university, where she meets Arm, a handsome young man admired by many girls on campus—including Kajirat, a bold and sexy woman determined to win his love. After Arm’s grandmother passes away, he lives alone in the beige wooden house, with Uncle Chuang as his caretaker.
Arm and Mook grow closer, supporting each other in their studies, and their bond धीरेๆ turns into love. Madam is very fond of Arm, unlike Thanya, who constantly belittles him for being poor. Their relationship gradually deepens, though they often face obstacles—mostly caused by Ji, who acts possessive of Arm despite his lack of romantic feelings for her. This creates moments of doubt for Mook, though she is always supported by her friends Yoon and Khem.
After graduating, Arm moves to the United States to continue his studies, living with his father, Yot, who divorced his mother, Suangsinee, when he was young. His mother had been too absorbed in high society to care for him. Arm is displeased to learn that she has remarried Sok, whose children, Julasok and Sasi, dislike her. Before leaving, Arm promises Mook they will love each other forever. He works hard to build a stable future for her, while Mook continues her studies and takes care of Madam, staying in touch with him online.
Meanwhile, May, Mook’s older sister, is in a relationship with Julasok—who secretly has feelings for Mook, though she ignores him. Tragedy strikes when Mook learns that Arm has been in a car accident. The cause: Ji’s jealousy led to a fight, and in the struggle for control of the steering wheel, the car crashed. Arm is left disabled. Heartbroken, he writes to Mook, telling her not to tie herself to someone like him and to move on if she finds someone better. Mook is devastated but insists she will continue to love him.
As time passes, Madam grows old and frail, and Mook becomes fully devoted to caring for her, sometimes forgetting about Arm. Suangsinee, meanwhile, is preoccupied with wealth and inheritance as Sok’s health declines.
When Arm returns to Thailand, Mook is overjoyed and takes him to meet Madam. By chance, they encounter Julasok, who becomes resentful upon realizing their love and begins plotting to remove Arm. After graduating, Mook chooses to marry Arm in a simple ceremony, with Madam as witness. Thanya, enraged, disowns Mook and drives her out of the house.
Not long after, Madam passes away. Mook moves in with Arm at the beige wooden house. Together, they struggle to make a living by sewing wallets for export, with help from Arm’s mother in finding clients. They attempt to reclaim Madam’s inheritance, which Julasok has taken through deceit, but fail.
Soon, Mook gives birth to a son named Aom. After Sok’s death, Suangsinee becomes wealthy. Mook and Arm’s happiness is short-lived when Ji re-enters their lives, plotting to lure Arm into Julasok’s trap. He is brutally beaten, leaving Mook to mistakenly believe he has gone back to Ji. Heartbroken, she takes their child and leaves to live with her mother.
Suangsinee, now doting on her grandson, forgets past grievances. Arm tries to reconcile with Mook but is blocked by her mother. He returns alone to the beige wooden house, falling into despair and nearly losing the will to live. Determined, he does everything he can to win back Mook and their child.
In the end, Mook softens and returns with their son to the beige wooden house. Arm gradually recovers, nearly returning to normal. Their wallet business thrives, and he proves himself a hardworking and devoted head of the family.
At last, their lives come to a happy ending, with their child as the living symbol of their love—within the beige wooden house.
