Synopsis
King Innumat and Queen Chan were betrayed by Khongkha Pralai, a boy they had raised since infancy who led a rebellion to seize the throne and plot their assassination. However, the god Phra In (Indra) intervened just in time to save them. The royal couple was forced to disguise themselves as commoners and flee into the forest, where they found refuge with a local hunter.
Later, Queen Chan gave birth to a son, but the infant prince was kidnapped by a young Brahmin named Thep Jinda. This event fulfilled a court astrologer's prophecy that the prince would be abducted but would one day return to reclaim his kingdom.
A giant named Phinthumar eventually discovered the children and, moved by compassion, raised them with the love of a biological father. The prince was fed the milk of a lioness, granting him the immense strength of a lion; thus, he was named Singha Kraiphop.
Upon reaching adulthood, Singha Kraiphop learned that Phinthumar was not his true father and decided to flee. During his journey, he fell in love with Nang Sroi Suda. Their romance was thwarted by her father, King Chatupak, who opposed the union. Singha Kraiphop was forced to battle a massive army of giants, ultimately emerging victorious to finally be with his true love.
