Tiya Wararom is a cold-blooded, highly successful businessman who has built his empire through ruthless manipulation. He lives in a world where everyone wears a "mask," hiding their true intentions behind professional smiles. Helping him run his vast business are his uncle, Yongyut, and his cousin, Nathi. While they appear loyal, they are secretly driven by greed and ambition.
The conflict begins when Somphon, a major investor, discovers Tiya’s dirty tactics and pulls out of a partnership. Infuriated, Tiya uses his trusted lawyer, Sitthichai, to legally trap Somphon, eventually seizing Somphon's land. The shock causes Somphon to suffer a breakdown and end up in the hospital, leaving his only daughter, Praewa, to take over the struggling family business.
Praewa vows to unmask Tiya and destroy him. As she begins sabotaging Tiya’s operations, a twist of fate occurs: Tiya’s mother, Prapha, is admitted to the same hospital as Somphon. Unaware of the bitter rivalry between their children, Prapha grows fond of Praewa.
Tiya retaliates against Praewa’s interference by cornering the market on the raw materials her factory needs. He offers a cruel ultimatum: he will release the materials only if Praewa spends one night with him. Praewa is disgusted but fights back by using money to bribe Nathi into helping her behind Tiya's back.
However, everything changes when Praewa arrives at a meeting to settle their dispute, only to find Tiya has been ambushed and brutally attacked. She saves him, but upon awakening at the hospital, Tiya is found to have total amnesia. Seizing the opportunity for revenge, Praewa kidnaps him and brings him to her home to work as a lowly gardener named "Nai Din." She works him to the bone to humiliate him, but as time passes, she finds herself increasingly unsettled and guilty about her own cruelty.
While Tiya is missing, Nathi and Yongyut take over the company, looting its resources to fund the lavish lifestyles of Chanthon and Prakaidao. When Somphon recovers and learns of the situation, he realizes Tiya’s company is collapsing and begs Praewa to let Tiya return to save the business.
Tiya returns to his position, but with his memory still gone, he is a changed man. He frequently seeks Praewa’s advice. She uses this influence to teach him empathy, compassion, and the value of sacrifice. This "new" Tiya threatens Nathi’s greedy interests, leading Nathi to attempt an assassination on Praewa. Tiya jumps in to save her and takes a heavy blow to the head, falling into a coma.
When Tiya finally opens his eyes days later, his memory has returned in full. The cold-blooded, cunning businessman is back. Will he return to his old, masked ways, or has Praewa’s influence permanently changed his heart?
