Pleng Rak Pleng Peun

Muang Peun is a small, dusty district in the Isan region where the roads are caked in red grime and the atmosphere is far from pleasant. Largely unknown to the outside world, the town earned its name—"Gun Town"—from the constant echo of gunfire and the recurring scent of blood. Dark influences rule the streets under the command of Chao Pho Mali Son, a notorious criminal mastermind whom no one dares to cross.
The only exception is Sommai Chai-tae, a brilliant and handsome sharpshooter. Sommai has been away from Muang Peun for 15 years, ever since his father, Somsong Chai-tae, was murdered by Chao Pho Mali Son for obstructing the villain's illegal trade routes for weapons and drugs.
Sommai returns with his life on the line, determined to gamble everything to purge the dark influence from this town. While the task is daunting, he isn't alone. He is guided by Luang Ta Hoy, a local monk who provides essential strategic wisdom. Although it isn't a monk’s place to take up arms, Luang Ta serves as the vital "brain" behind Sommai's mission to clean up the streets.
