Synopsis
Pink is a young woman whose long-term friendship with Phaitoon eventually blossomed into love. Her life is supported by her elder sister, Morakot, and her brother-in-law, Senee. However, tragedy strikes when the economic downturn forces Senee's business to close, leading him to heavy drinking and a fatal accident. Amidst her grief, Pink loses her job and discovers a devastating betrayal: Phaitoon has cheated on her and gotten another woman pregnant. Heartbroken and disillusioned, Pink vows never to love again.
To escape Phaitoon’s persistent attempts to reconcile, Pink decides to apply for a live-in maid position. The job has a catch—it requires a woman over 30 with no ties. Pink decides to use her sister Morakot's ID card, leveraging their similar appearance to pose as an older widow.
Soraphat, a wealthy exporter of fragrant flowers, initially rejects her because of her "widowed" status, but eventually reconsiders and hires her. Pink soon finds herself in a tense environment; while Soraphat’s cousin Latthi appears polite, his sister Malulee becomes Pink's instant enemy, suspicious of a maid who isn't the elderly woman she expected.
The estate is clouded by a dark mystery. Soraphat’s foreign wife, Julia, died after falling from a tower shortly after they moved from abroad. Many suspect Soraphat killed her for a 10-million-baht insurance payout, though no evidence was ever found. Meanwhile, Latthi, resentful that Soraphat refuses to sell him land, begins sabotaging the flower business by planting insects in the exports to force contract cancellations.
As Pink works diligently, she earns Soraphat’s trust and meets Ronnapop, an insurance investigator still looking into Julia’s death. They collaborate to find the truth, but their frequent meetings lead a jealous Soraphat to believe Ronnapop is Pink’s "ex-husband."
Eventually, Soraphat takes Pink to the forbidden tower and opens up about the trauma of losing both his wife and his mother to falls from that very spot. Pink’s sympathy grows, especially after a near-fatal car accident caused by tampered brakes convinces her that someone is indeed trying to kill Soraphat. He reveals his conviction that the culprits are none other than Latthi and Malulee.
The truth finally comes to light when Ronnapop is mortally wounded by Latthi. Before dying, he gives Pink a diary containing a full confession: he had killed Julia to repay a debt of gratitude to Latthi, despite his own guilt. With this evidence, Latthi and Malulee are arrested. Free from the shadows of the past, Soraphat proposes to Pink, accepting her for who she truly is, and the two find their happy ending.
