Synopsis

Little Cupid is a romantic comedy about working-class adults whose love is sparked by the "little cupids" in their lives—their niece and nephew.
Muthita, a talented interior designer, spends her days taking her niece, Noona, to kindergarten on her trusty motorcycle. Her life takes a turn when her best friend, Kewalin, leaves town and entrusts Muthita with her car. While driving it, Muthita gets into a fender bender with Tidet, a sharp-tongued, high-society young man. The two get into a heated argument, forced to be meddled by Tidet’s friend, Dr. Nakorn.
The plot thickens when Muthita’s boss, Saisoon—who harbors a secret crush on her—assigns her to design a house for Tidet, who happens to be his relative. Upon arriving at Tidet’s office, Muthita discovers that Kewalin is now working as his secretary. Recognizing Tidet from the accident, Muthita initially refuses the job, but Saisoon eventually persuades her to take it.
Muthita and Tidet cross paths again at the kindergarten because Tidet is picking up his nephew, Shogun, who is Noona’s best friend. Hearing Noona call Muthita "Mae Mu" (Mother Mu), Tidet mistakenly assumes she is the girl's biological mother. As they meet more frequently, Tidet’s interest in Muthita grows.
However, drama arises when Muthita meets Malulee, Tidet’s close female friend. Muthita immediately recognizes her as Mali, her former sister-in-law who swindled Muthita’s brother out of his fortune and ran off with a lover, leaving a young Noona behind. The heartbreak eventually led to the death of Muthita’s brother, leaving her to raise Noona alone.
While Malulee pretends not to know Muthita in front of Tidet, she later threatens Muthita to keep her past a secret. Furious, Muthita slaps her, declaring she has no desire for anyone to know that Noona has a mother like her anyway.
The ice between the leads begins to melt when Noona falls ill with a high fever. Tidet steps up to take her to the hospital and stays by Muthita’s side, causing genuine feelings to develop between them.
The situation turns dangerous when Malulee’s past catches up to her. Her ex-husband, a thug named Boontem, is released from prison and tries to reclaim her. To escape him, Malulee schemes to move in with Tidet’s sister, Theeranun. It is revealed that Malulee once had an affair with Theeranun’s husband, Ek, and she tries to blackmail him into separating Tidet and Muthita.
Malulee eventually lies to Tidet, claiming Muthita is only using him for revenge because of a past grudge. A confused and angry Tidet confronts Muthita harshly. However, the truth comes to light when Boontem sends Tidet a video tape documenting his intimate relationship with Malulee.
Realizing she has lost, Malulee loses her mind. She stabs Boontem to death and kidnaps Noona, attempting to poison the child with tainted cake. Tidet and Muthita arrive just in time to save her. Malulee is ultimately sent to a psychiatric hospital.
With the chaos behind them, Muthita takes her family to the beach. Tidet follows her to apologize and clear the air. They finally open their hearts to one another, and Tidet proposes. Muthita tells him he must ask Noona for permission first. Little Noona agrees—on the condition that he never makes "Mae Mu" cry again—a promise Tidet happily accepts.
