Police Captain Chawisa, also known as Ah Hong, is a determined female detective currently at odds with her superiors. She is adamant about investigating a human trafficking ring smuggling Thai women abroad—a network linked to a major drug cartel that her colleague, Captain Bowornrat, may be protecting.

The Fateful Encounter

While driving home, Hong encounters Phupha, the young heir to the prestigious Chanachaijaroen family. His reckless speeding leads to a heated confrontation, sparking an immediate rivalry between the no-nonsense cop and the wealthy playboy.
During this time, Hong saves a woman named Jomkwan from an attempted sexual assault. To show her gratitude, Jomkwan invites Hong to dinner at a restaurant owned by Rangrong. The three women quickly form a deep bond, becoming inseparable best friends.

The Chanachaijaroen Family

The wealthy Chanachaijaroen household is led by Phusa and Patcharee, along with Phusa's sister, Khun Rattana. They have three sons, often referred to by their nicknames:

2. Phubet (Jay)
3. Phuwanat (Joe)

Phupha (Jim) finds himself increasingly drawn to Hong. He begins visiting her workplace frequently, though their interactions usually devolve into bickering. A Second Chance for Jomkwan

Meanwhile, Phubet (Jay) takes over the family's hotel business. Jomkwan applies for a secretarial position but is initially rejected. This is a heavy blow for her, as she faces constant pressure from her stepmother, Uraithong, regarding household expenses and the financial demands of her half-sister, Duanchai.
Refusing to give up, Jomkwan returns the following day to plead her case. Impressed by her sincerity and grit, Phubet decides to hire her. Over time, she becomes his most trusted confidante, and their professional relationship blossoms into a romantic one.
