Mon Rak Mae Nam Moon

A grand Bai Sri Soo Khwan (traditional welcoming ceremony) and the annual merit-making festival are being held at the local temple overseen by Luang Ta (the revered abbot). The celebration is thrown to welcome two new members to the Mae Moon village: Kru Phin, a teacher arriving to educate the local children, and Mor Saimai, a midwife assigned to the village health center.
Taking advantage of this auspicious occasion, Kamplaeng, the owner of the "Mae Moon Lam Phlearn" musical troupe, officially launches the band and introduces their rising star singer, Khaen, a son of the Mun River.
As the festivities unfold, Kru Tawan finds himself intrigued by Mor Saimai, while Kru Phin is deeply impressed by Duan, who works tirelessly to ensure the event runs smoothly.
However, the night isn't completely peaceful. Ah Tee, the son of a wealthy rice mill owner, arrives with his henchmen—Phan, Thong, and Tae—intent on sabotaging the event. A brawl breaks out between the troublemakers and Khaen, but Ah Tee's gang is easily defeated. Beaten and humiliated, Ah Tee loudly vows that he will stop at nothing to steal Khamla, Khaen’s girlfriend, away from him.
