Synopsis

Phatthayot Wannarak (Phattharaphol Silapachan) has just returned to Thailand after completing his studies in America. Phatthayot is very close to his grandmother, Khun Ying Phimkhae (Phitsamai Wilaisak), because she is modern-minded. Whenever he has a problem, he always consults her.
Phatthayot calls his girlfriend, Inthu-on (Samaphon Khiaobowon), but cannot reach her, so he invites his friends to visit his family’s land in Hua Hin. There, at a temple fair, he meets Miao (Bua Chompoo Ford), who is working as a dunk-tank girl to earn money to support Grandmother Muk and her drunken mother, Mae Mao.
Phatthayot randomly throws a ball and unexpectedly hits the target, causing Miao to fall into the water amid loud cheers from the crowd. Later, while driving home, Phatthayot’s car runs out of gas. Miao happens to pass by and helps him. Phatthayot thanks her by offering her money, but Miao refuses to accept it.
Feeling guilty, Phatthayot returns to thank her properly and apologize. He gives Miao his business card, but she pays no attention to it, so her mother keeps it instead.
That night, Miao’s grandmother becomes seriously ill and needs surgery. However, Miao has no money, so she calls Phatthayot for help.
